The Viscount Needs a Wife by Wren St Claire is the second book in the All for Love. It is an historical romance that is steamy and contains characters that are of different classes. On top of that there seems to be an issue with the governess, Miss Annis Pringle and her past.
Emrys Fitzgerald, Viscount Ashford needs a wife. His wife died recently and his children need a mother. To help him out, friends reach out to invite him to their country estate for a summer vacation. He is drawn to Annis and thinks she would be open to a marriage of convenience and help him raise his children and eventually add more children to their family. His children play a prime role in this book so there are some really cute scenes along with hot scenes from Emrys and Annis.
The novel is interesting and contains a subplot that adds to the suspense. I enjoyed Annis and Emrys’ courtship. The Viscount Needs A Wife by Wren St. Claire is a good read.
