Experiences and Memories

Happy December Readers.  I hope (for those who celebrate) you had a Great Thanksgiving.  It is a holiday season for many and all the commercials and advertisers are not going to let us forget.  I read an article recently about how the best gifts to give people are experiences.  Experiences build memories that last way beyond the event.  Possessions do not bring the same happiness as experiences.  We enjoy the anticipation of the experience, enjoy the experience and then enjoy the memories of the experience.  A point that I am going to keep in mind.

Meanwhile, I read another series off Kindle Unlimited this week.  Heaven’s Cove series by Liz Eeles was a wonderful series that I inhaled this week. The stories all take place in a wonderful place called Heaven’s Cove.  A small vacation town where people take care of each other.  A small town where there are mysteries to be solved and new people to be met.  Each novel can be read independently.  Also each story contains a parallel story from the past that directly deals with the modern story.  The novels are awesome.

Elise sent in a wonderful interview with Korina Moss and her newest cozy mystery Fondue or Die.  There is also a new review of another cozy mystery called Blame the Beignets that sounds so fun as well.  I would like to send a shout out to Elise.  She provides great interviews to out blog and I am quite grateful.

Thank you for reading and your positive comments.  It is appreciated.
