- This week is Christmas in September. Most books are published ahead of Christmas for the Christmas Season. This month I have four books in my queue about Christmas to read.
- Nantucket Christmas Stroll by Nancy Thayer (Still to read)
- Christmas at Honeycombe Bay by Liliac Mills **** Two curmudgeons help others have a good Christmas
- Christmas Valley by Masiey Yates **** The Hancocks and the Wilders are connecting again with great heat!
- A Season of Secrets by Fern Michaels ** This is from the backlog of books she wrote that were never published.
- I finally (with help – Thanks Sadie) downloaded Libby on my phone! This week, I finally was able to read this book, The Correspondent! I was so wrecked! What a great read!
- Two other books I am waiting for are weeks and weeks away. Hollow Bones by Jodi Piccoult came out this week! I always look forward to her books (81st in line). The Witches of Cambridge (107th in line) and This Book Made Me Think of you (147th in line).
- Elise sent in a wonderful interview with Alyssa Maxwell and her newest book, Murder at Rosecliff. The book is a murder mystery with twists from the Gilded Age.
- I’ve begun to wear a sweatshirt. The weather is cooling off. Some early leaves are showing up with new colors. BUT I understand a few hours south of here, my friends are baking in 100 degrees heat! I wish I could send you cool air.
