Christmas at Honeycombe Bay by Lilac Mills

Christmas at Honeycombe Bay by Lilac Mills was a wonderful tale about people needing people and helping each other.  The best part was it takes place over the Christmas Holiday in a small tourist town (usually just busy during the summers).  The two main characters have decided that there will be no Christmas for them.  Eloise was struggling as a single person who didn’t want to spend the season alone, so she went away to a place where no one would expect any Christmas celebration from her.

Bart decided to open his bed and breakfast one last time despite his wife’s death.  He knew that running it was the only way to keep it as it was taking so much money.  His son was insistent on his selling.  Eloise was the first guest and he was expecting another one.

Then things happened and everyone needed to help out. Suddenly, a Christmas celebration is back on the menu with Elise and Bart jumping in to figure out how to help.  And just maybe somebody realised that they can move forward. Christmas at Honeycombe Bay by Lilac Mills was a great read.
