The Seven Rings by Nora Roberts is the third and final novel in the Lost Bride Trilogy. The setting of the books are on a cliff next to the Atlantic near a small town in Maine. Each novel includes the same characters, however the good ghosts become more visible and determined to help Sonya. The evil witch determined to take over the mansion also has become more powerful and more determined to clear the house of all members of the Poole family.
Sonya MacTavish was left a wonderful mansion in Maine. She needed a place to start over and the Lost Bride Mansion was the place. The house is haunted, but she and her best friend, Cleo Fabares start carving a life in Maine and the small town. With the help of Trey (Sonya’s boyfriend and lawyer) and Owen Poole, her cousin, they slowly take back the house.
With magical mirrors to go back in time, Sonya needs to collect the seven wedding rings from each of the Lost Brides in order to defeat the evil witch. Slowly as the four people take over more and more of the house, she grows in power and needs to be killed before Sonya can move on with her life and not be the next dead bride.
I really enjoy reading Nora Roberts and have found all her books to be great reads. I was impatient for each book as they came out. It didn’t hurt that the book took place on the coast of Maine. The Seven Rings by Nora Roberts is a great read!
